The last few months have been exciting at AAD Truck & Bus and have seen some very positive changes in the group.
AAD Truck & Bus were afforded an opportunity to extend its market share by acquiring the International Franchise from GRW Engineering and on the 01st May 2016 that vision became a reality when the two brands, UD and International, merged. This has proved to be a remarkable opportunity to provide unsurpassed customer service to a wider base of customers.
We moved from the existing premises in Smith Street to a better-suited site in Louis Lange Street. The workshop is equipped with six bays, four of which have pits, with an added advantage that vehicles can also drive through the building.
A larger parts department allows for improved stock holding and decreased vehicle downtime.

Not only do we cater for our customers and their vehicles but also take care of their drivers by way of four restrooms and a recreation room equipped with DSTV.
The new team at AAD Worcester consists of: A branch manager, foreman, five technicians, one auto electrician, two R.S.A’s, two apprentices, two service advisors, branch administrator, head of parts and three parts salesmen to supply the ultimate service to our customers.
“We believe exciting times lay ahead for AAD Truck & Bus Worcester and will strive to continually improve our customer service. Being a multi-franchise, brand awareness is also a very important part of our focus and as such will promote the AAD name as well as UD, Cummins & International”
says Branch Manager, Johann Snyman.
